ITA Airways received its first Airbus A220-100 in 2023. Due to its excellent short field performance, the aircraft is ideally suited to serve London City airport in the United Kingdom. ITA chose to equip the cabin with a flexible layout where the Business class section can be dynamically sized according to demand. The 26 rows of 5 seats each offer good legroom throughout.
