Pleasant Staff. Time excellent

Seats a disaster. No room. No comfort. I had a sore backside for hours afterwards. It was very painful to get out out to go to the Bathroom. The A321Neo not suitable for 6+ hour flight or even 3 hour flight..Business Class looked impressive but at the expense of the ordinary passengers. A few extra rows shoved in to make up the numbers. Will try and avoid this plane going forward.

Friendly crew

The A321 Neo LR is a narrow body and is very tight for a 6+ hour flight. Not enough bathrooms.

The staff..good.

Seat config is 2-1-.2-1 I was placed beside someone I didn’t know. Having to ‘crawl’ over this person every time I wanted to go to the bathroom was unacceptable after paying €4500. Also, the meal had lovely fancy French names on the food but very little portions. Bring back the A330 with plenty of room and proper catering
