Royal Silk rows alternate between four and two seats per row giving multiple seating options. The single "throne" seats offer unparalleled space to get work done and are the most private. All seats turn into flat beds for sleeping and offer a modern inflight entertainment system complete with various charging options. A dedicated lavatory is located at the front of the cabin.

The stylish modern economy class offers seating for 159 passengers in a typical three by three layout. We estimate the seat pitch to be around 32" (81cm) while the exit row seats offer additional space to stretch out. Large inflight entertainment screens and USB charging ports are available at every seat. Three lavatories and the galley are located at the rear of the cabin. The last two rows are best avoided as they are high traffic areas.

Business Class on the A321neo (Thai Airways) flown from Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Excellent seating for a domestic or regional flight. Seat option alternates by row: single seat then double seat then single seat. Seat has powered leg extensions and can lay flat.

The business class is very comfortable but I do not think it would be as comfortable for long-haul international flights. This seat is nice but is a downgrade from something like United Polaris. Certainly an upgrade to something like EVA first class.
