The plane got us there safely.

I've never flown and made a mental note of how uncomfortable the flight was before this one to Iceland. The seats are narrow, uncomfortable, and you feel like a sardine even in the more space seats. The terminals at both EWR and KEF are also less than ideal - EWR looks like a bus station and the KEF terminal is confusing and lacks seating. If there was a different option to fly direct to KEF at this fare I'd take it.

Free drinks Comfortable legroom IFE worked well

Row 24 has a deactivated door meaning there is no window at all. The wall is also thicker here. This was not communicated in seat selection
