After paying for a ticket, at least they don't make you sit on the toilet seat (yet)!

If reducing seat width & pitch & then later seat reclines to 0 was not enough, Westjet will soon mandate passengers to dance in the flight and the cash collected would go into their pockets (all in the name of customer service)!

Able to recline at any time as the distance to the row behind is large. Friendly crew and personal, attentive service.

Economy passengers came through the closed curtain to use the front lavatory, even after crew made announcements not to do so.

2nd Row was so combatable I can't even suggest an improvement. Service was top notch.

Bathroom lines sometimes had people standing beside us for a long time.

Modern aircraft. Emergency Exit eat Row 14 comfortable. Good choice of filmsn

Cabin service was poor. One drink & a cup of water on a 5 1/2 hour flight. Line for washrooms was very long.

Twelve seats in three rows at the front of the cabin are reserved for Premium and there is a dedicated lavatory and galley. A curtain seperates it from economy class behind it. The seats are a bit wider in rows two and three due to the fuselage shape. All seats have a 38" (96cm) seat pitch and offer 5" (13cm) of recline. Both USB and A/C power outlets are available and entertainment is streamed to personal devices. These aircraft have WiFi connectivity.

It is worth hovering over individual seats in economy class as seats vary wildly. The first six rows are labled Extended Comfort, offerring good legroom and some recline. The exit rows also offer good legroom but do not recline and from row 20 onward we find the seats with the least amount of legroom. The seats are also narrower at the very back. There are USB charging ports and entertainment can be streamed to personal devices. Only two lavatories located at the rear of the cabin cater for 168 passengers.

USB charge ports

Horrible seat pitch. Anyone over 6’4” won’t be able to fit in these economic seats.
