Services on the ATR 42-500 are operated by Air Antilles which itself is a subsidiary of Air Guyane. These aircraft are configured in a dense 48 seat all economy layout. Flights are operated out of the airline's hub at Sint Maarten's Princess Juliana International Airport. Destinations are all within the Caribbean, serving around 15 regional island destinations in total. The ATR 42-500 was certified in 1995 and was a major upgrade to its previous version.
