China Express Airlines has added the COMAC C909 to its fleet, enhancing its capacity to provide regional services. China's regional jet design is the C909, created by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). The C909 can accommodate up to 90 passengers in a single class configuration, although it can also be configured with fewer seats in a dual class arrangement. The airline's range of roughly 2,000 to 3,700 kilometers enables it to effectively link smaller cities with larger urban centers, thereby promoting the development of areas that are not easily accessible. Two General Electric CF34-10A engines provide dependable performance and fuel efficiency for the aircraft. Its high-wing configuration, which offers benefits in ground clearance and aerodynamic efficiency, is part of its design.
